Frank Beyer is the "B" of LAB & Company - co-founder and managing partner since 2002 in Munich. For more than 25 years, Frank Beyer has been managing director and partner in important international consultancies. With his more generalist know-how, Frank Beyer's consulting focus is on the Industry, Technology and Energy sectors - especially in the technical disciplines including renewable energies. In recent years he has built up additional skills in financial services. Frank Beyer is a certified business coach according to the guidelines of the DBVC (German Federal Association of Coaching eV). This competence, coupled with many years of recruiting experience, makes him a valued partner in matters of corporate succession in medium-sized companies. He represents the LAB Group as Vice-Chairman in Penrhyn International; his multilingualism and interest in other cultures help him here. He is also head of LAB Management GmbH, which provides central services for the LAB Group. Frank Beyer is married and has three grown children, with whom he enjoys motorcycle trips in his free time. Frank Beyer is certified for the use of Hogan Assessment Systems.
