Ronil Chandra is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Marcum’s Assurance Group, focusing his efforts on the firm’s SEC Practice Group. Mr. Chandra has extensive experience working with both small-to-mid cap public companies, as well as small to large privately held businesses. Mr. Chandra also services clients in multiple industries with multinational operations. Mr. Chandra provides guidance to clients ranging from complex accounting and reporting issues, initial public offerings and other registration statements. Mr. Chandra has 20 years of public and private accounting experience, including his role as the Controller for a mid-size construction company in the Los Angeles area. In addition, Mr. Chandra spent several years providing consulting services for small to midsize companies.
