Jolanta covers a broad spectrum of executive and managerial appointments, with a particular focus on the Industrial, Consumer Markets, Financial Services and Life Sciences areas. She has over 15 years of Human Resources advisory and recruitment experience.

Prior to joining EMA Partners, Jolanta worked as a Purchasing Director for a major international retail organisation.

In addition to her M.A., Jolanta has completed an MBA study on European Economy Management. She speaks fluent French and English as well as communicative Russian.
