As a Managing Partner, Roel is responsible for Management Solutions and Young Executive Management services. Roel has over 20 years of experience in consulting, risk & audit services. He started his career at KPMG, where he managed large-scale transformations and was part of the consulting team. Roel then joined First Consulting/Valcon, where he set up and built multiple service offerings, including Financial Services and Business Technology. As a partner at Valcon, he was responsible for clients in infrastructure (utility, transport, construction and energy) and as a synergy infra partner in Europe. In addition to his role as a director of Boer & Croon, Roel also remains actively involved in client issues in the private and public sectors as an executive.
