Leo started his career in human resources in 1999, joining Dittmann Consulting s.r.o. as an operations manager. In 2000 he moved to Horton International Czech. Prior to this, he held various positions at Chiquita Banana Company and later at ING Bank N.V., where he worked as a broker in the Private Banking Department. Working in executive search for the past 10 years, Leo has gained experience in the fields of Finance, Sales and Marketing, particularly in the Automotive, Business and Industrial/Manufacturing industries. In addition to executive search, Leo is active in the field of development of human resources (outsourcing of human resources, tailor made trainings and assessment center).
