Frances is a California native, managing partner of Vaco’s Los Angeles office, and Big 4 CPA specializing in tax, audit, financial systems, accounting and finance projects, and interim. She earned her Bachelors of Science Accountancy and a Minor in Spanish from San Diego State University and is a former Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar to Madrid Spain.

Under Frances’ leadership, Vaco’s Los Angeles practice has won the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Best Places to Work award for 12 years – three times in first place. She has received four GOLD Stevie Awards and five SILVER Stevie Awards for her leadership, company growth and entrepreneurialism.

Frances loves traveling, good wine, and great food with family and friends.
