Jess joined our Board Practice in 2018 in a research capacity, working closely with our consultants on Chair, NED and C-Suite appointments. More recently, as Associate Partner, Jess has worked across a broad spectrum of leadership positions spanning hospitality, property, manufacturing, oil & energy, technology and FMCG. Jess’ experience across multiple roles and sectors gives her a deep insight into market conditions which she uses to advise candidates and clients alike. Prior to joining Eton Bridge, Jess spent 10 years working across travel and tourism in a number of operations and commercial roles around Europe, before running an investment floor for a global Asset Management firm. Originally from London, she has lived and worked across Europe as a chef and in her spare time she enjoys travelling with her husband and finding great new recipes to recreate at home.
