Helen is a Senior Consultant at Eric Salmon & Partners. Her experience and expertise include CEO and senior executive search, executive leadership development, strategy and organisation transformation. She has placed CEOs, general managers, heads of sales, products, operations and P&L owners in China and the wider Asia region, working with leading multinational firms, emerging SME technology businesses and startups for growth, go-to-market and transformation in market expansion. Prior to moving into search, Helen was Senior Director & Head of Strategy and Operations with Motorola in Asia and China, a senior advisor at Booz, as well as a consultant at A.T. Kearney and BCG. She started her career as a sales professional in the technology industry. Helen holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management of the University of New South Wales on exchange to Ross Business School of the University of Michigan, USA and a BA in English Literature.
