Anne thinks strategically and long-term while also having control over the details. She has extensive operational management experience, including as CEO and Sales and Marketing Manager, and has led successful transformation processes and influenced industry changes. Anne has board experience and has been a mentor to several successful leaders in Norwegian business. She understands what is required of a leader, because she has experienced it herself. Anne has worked in recruitment and executive search since 2015, first at Mercuri Urval and from 2019 as managing partner at Bønes Virik. As an operational consultant, she helps companies and organizations with the recruitment and selection of managers, key people and board members, and thrives in the role of strategic sparring partner with our clients. She has a well-trained eye for assessing personal suitability and human qualities in others, and sees what it takes for a candidate to succeed in a role. Anne is a certified user of the testing tools MAP, MAP-X, Matrigma, MUPI and the leadership development tool JTI/Teamkompasset, among others. She holds a Master of Science in Economics from Purdue University in the USA.
