Plinio Pereira’s expertise as a retained search consultant is built on a foundation of leadership experience as a CFO and General Manager within both multinational as well as Brazilian national organizations. Plinio’s experience in executive search began when he joined DRH-Talent Search and now within The ExeQfind Group with the DRH-ExeQfind merger. Plinio’s leadership experience coupled with deep technical competence in finance, strategic planning, information technology and human resources makes him more empathetic to client concerns and a more effective problem solver. His career prior to executive search included driving startups throughout Latin America, deployment of new business units, ERP implementations and the structuring and development of management teams. His influence and track record of success can be found in the development of companies like Rayovac, Energizer, Eluma and Jafra Cosmetics. At Jafra Cosmetics, he successfully recruited, developed and integrated a select group of 10 executives that were all selected for Jafra’s Global Leadership Program in the US. In addition to his work in executive search, Plinio also provides executive coaching and management consulting in Brazil. Plinio holds degrees in Accounting and Business Administration both in Brazil and abroad.
