Jeff Lemming is the leader of Caldwell’s Consumer, Retail & eCommerce Practice. With 30 years of executive search experience, he has developed a solid and broad-based track record in executive search, conducting searches in nearly every functional area of a retail organization and nearly every merchandise category in all retail, wholesale and distributive formats. Experience Before joining Caldwell, Jeff was a partner with Heidrick & Struggles and a member of the Retail, Consumer, Marketing and Supply Chain practices. Prior to its acquisition by Heidrick & Struggles in 2006, Jeff was the leader of Highland Partners’ Fashion & Retail Practice. In 1988, he co-founded Lemming/LeVan, Inc., an executive search firm specializing in retail/fashion and related industries that was acquired in 1999 by TMP Worldwide (which later spun off Highland Partners). Prior to executive search, Jeff had a 10-year career in retail where he gained experience as a merchant and in general operations. Education Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University.
