With a degree in International Trade, Christelle joined an English industrial group in 2005. She began her career, initially, in the sales department where she was in charge of developing business on the European market with a clientele of professionals, before rapidly evolving into managerial functions for a sedentary sales team. With more than 16 years in the same company, Christelle has developed diverse knowledge and skills in a context of growth, until finding her way in 2014, becoming Head of Human Resources Europe. For seven years, she participated in the creation and organization of her department, both in social terms and in HR projects. In order to support her company in its strategic choices, she implements the recruitment policy and becomes an expert in the management of Talent Management, particularly for executives and sales executives. Aware of the challenge of Talent Acquisition for companies, Christelle joined MacAnders in 2021 to contribute to the expansion of the Strasbourg firm. Christelle is fluent in English.
