Johnny leads the global Sustainability & ESG practice at Hanson Search. He has over 8 years’ experience in sustainability recruitment and executive search, primarily delivering senior-level mandates in the hard to decarbonise sectors, specifically energy, infrastructure, the built environment and transport. With a degree in Environmental Science and previous experience working in environmental consulting, Johnny has a real interest in the key sustainability issues faced by society, including carbon reduction, energy transition, climate risk/mitigation and responsible investment. He has a pragmatic approach to the industry and enjoys partnering with forward-thinking organisations to deliver tangible, measurable impact to their sustainability ambitions.
