I am a Dutch national who has been living in Switzerland since 2003. Before becoming an executive search consultant, I worked for more than 20 years in General Management and Marketing & Sales at top-tier consumer goods companies including Colgate-Palmolive, Coca-Cola and Carlsberg. I have held operational, strategic, regional and functional roles, and I have been closely involved in driving organizational change. In my last role before becoming an executive search consultant, I designed and implemented the company’s human capital approach for Marketing and Sales. I hold a BSc degree from The Hague Institute of Technology (the Netherlands). I have lived and worked in five countries, and speak Dutch, English, French and German.
