Holly is a Principal in Erevena’s Consumer and FinTech practice focusing on Go-To-Market and Board level searches.Holly has over 20 years’ experience in executive search, working both with tier-one search firms and market-leading boutiques.

She was most recently part of the team at Monta Rosa, working on Digital and Technology searches across Europe and the US. Prior to this Holly was part of the team at Renaissance Leadership where she worked with many of the leading Venture Capital and Private Equity firms to build out the leadership teams of their portfolio companies across Europe with a focus on the Consumer Digital sector.

Her early career was spent at Odgers and Russell Reynolds. Holly holds a BA in French and Russian from Nottingham University and a MA in Translation from the University of Westminster.
