Randi Lewis, a Managing Director with our Partner Practice Group, places partners, groups and associates into law firms of all sizes in Maryland and surrounding areas, Philadelphia, Wilmington, Richmond and other cities. Randi also collaborates with our in-house team to place lawyers in legal departments of local, regional and global businesses. She is a trusted strategic partner who works closely with law firm leaders on strategic practice acquisitions. Randi writes a monthly column on issues of import to lawyers in the Maryland Daily Record, including a November 2018 column entitled, “A happy lawyer is not an oxymoron.” A champion of diversity and inclusion, she was a member of the company’s 2019 global Diversity Council.
