Brittany Garrett joined The Bowdoin Group as a Consultant in January 2020. In her role, she is responsible for nationwide searches focused on recruiting talented candidates to build up teams for BioPharma companies. Before The Bowdoin Group, Brittany worked for Slone Partners as an Executive Search Consultant. She handled full-cycle candidate management and worked one on one with her clients to ensure a smooth delivery process. Previous to Slone Partners, she worked for Apex Life Sciences as a Professional Technical Recruiter attracting candidates for companies in the Boston market. Brittany holds a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from SUNY Plattsburgh. In her free time, she enjoys botanical art, traveling, and baking.
