Biography
Silien started his sales career as a business development representative in martech at Foleon. A fast growing tech company in Amsterdam and was one of the first sales hires after their series A. He played an important role in helping Foleon cross the 10mio ARR barrier and beyond. He was one of the first to be promoted into a senior business development role and soon after became an account executive. Overachieving in his first year as an AE, he was then promoted to senior and became responsible for the mid market+ segment where he became the top-performing AE globally. Entrepreneurship and continuous learning is in his nature.
