He has a solid consulting background of over 20 years from a large international direct search company and his special expertise is direct management search, assessment projects and organizational development. Tuomas' client base consists mainly of energy, industrial or industry-serving companies. Before his consulting career, Tuomas worked in managerial positions in the international mechanical engineering industry. Tuomas holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
