Based in New York, Dion leverages a successful track record of counseling clients and creatively solving challenges. He is experienced in working with Fortune 500 firms, venture capital, and private-equity-backed companies. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Dion worked at Stryker, a global MedTech company. He held a variety of roles during his six-year tenure there, from sales compensation to trauma sales representative. Prior to that, he was a financial associate at Metro Fire & Company.
