Steve Raben has over 30 years of retained executive search and management consulting experience. He has led or executed over 600 (domestic and international) client assignments for public and private Oil & Gas, Petroleum Equipment, Service and Hydrocarbon Processing & Transportation companies, at the Board, C-Suite and business segment leadership levels. Previous associations were: Russell Reynolds Associates, Barton Raben, and Korn Ferry International. Steve is a retired Military Intelligence Officer with decorated combat service in Vietnam. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in (Economics and Business) from Southwestern University and completed courses toward a Master’s degree in Economics at The University of Texas. Steve is a past Director of the Alley Theatre and former Trustee of the Episcopal High School. He currently serves as a Trustee of Southwestern University and as a Director of the Coronado Club-Houston.
