My name is Annelien Jordense, I live in Hilversum and have a degree in Social Sciences. I have gained more than 25 years of work experience in Executive Search & complex recruitment issues. Over the years, I have built up a nice portfolio in the Energy Transition (from grid management to hydrogen), Offshore (Vessels & Grids), Purchasing (from renewables to materials), Horticulture (climate installations to LED lighting) and I have built up a very large network of candidates. General management positions (such as CCO, COO, CPO, CEO) have also been entrusted to me. Based on my previous work experiences at Lyncwise (Partner Executive Search), Stork (Purchasing Manager), Enexis (Manager Recruitment) and Reed Elsevier, I have been able to bind many clients (from SMEs to Corporates) to me. I have always had a great interest in companies with a technical component. "The more complex, the better". I am someone who wants to understand the subject with a lot of energy and likes to give advice, both to clients and candidates. I have been working for van de Groep & Olsthoorn since April 2024 and that fits like a glove! I hope to be able to realize many beautiful mediations within this target group.
