Doctor of Philosophy and Psychoanalyst, José-Antoine Cilleros began his career in publishing reference books in Human Sciences. Former Collection Director, he notably headed the research and development department of Reader's Digest Selection, for the French and international markets. In addition to his team management functions, José-Antoine was for many years confronted with the necessary recruitment of experts, in particular on topics relating to Human Sciences. His attraction to people then led him to turn to recruitment and coaching activities for which he trained, then it was natural that he joined the firm in 2011 as a Senior Consultant, in particular to participate actively developing support services. Trained in particular in interpersonal issues in the work environment, José-Antoine is particularly involved, within the firm, in Assessment Center, Personal Development and Performance Coaching aspects.
