Isabella studied at the Oxford Media Business School (OMBS), gaining insight into the requirements and skillsets for business support roles. Starting her career in recruitment at Tiger, she progressed to senior consultant within two years. Isabella has also maintained a strong relationship with OMBS, helping students with their job searches and educating them on the employment market. She has a strong work ethic and brings a positive, upbeat outlook to the office. Isabella strives to always provide a high level of customer service and enjoys building relationships with her clients and jobseekers.
