Karolina is a Senior Associate in the CFO practice in New York. She specializes in Finance and Audit leadership roles, as well as Private Equity and Venture Capital for industries, partnering with clients to identify and place high-impact talent. Prior to Leathwaite, Karolina worked at Resource Management Group, an executive search firm dedicated to Finance leaders across all industries, where she supported searches across senior finance functions. Karolina graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology and Human Development and a triple minor in Management and Leadership, Immigration Studies, and Restorative Justice.
