I am a Manager in Redline's Contract & Interim division with several years' industry experience in technology recruitment. In addition to this, I have a qualification in Recruitment Practice (CertRP) and have just started the Level 4 certification. My specialism is to bring skilled candidates and clients together on exciting an innovative contracts, something I take immense pride in. I have developed strong and enduring relationships with clients across many industry sectors within R&D and Manufacturing & Operations and my client base continues to grow. I started my career at Redline as a Consultant and through continued development from within and a determination to succeed I have been promoted three times in 2 years, most recently to Manager in December 2019. My role within Redline's Contracts division is to lead both high performing and newer members of the team to go from good to great.
