Anna began her career working in fundraising at a national disability charity for 2 years, before joining Prospectus in 1997. Over the following 8 years she worked on permanent recruitment, managing and developing the team for 6 years, before leaving at the end of 2004 to undertake a volunteer project abroad with Raleigh International. On her return, Anna worked back in the beyond profit sector working for 2 years in a management role at an outward bound centre for people with disabilities based in Devon, before becoming a Vocational Development Manager at a training provider based in East London, helping young people not in employment, education or training into work-based learning. Having worked in and for the sector and beyond for over 18 years, Anna brings a breadth of skills and experience to the recruitment process and works across several disciplines on Director and Chief Executive roles. Most recent clients include National Communities Lottery Fund, Barclays Private Bank, Arts Council England and the Centre for Social Justice.
