Peter graduated from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester and then worked with Strutt & Parker. He joined Macdonald & Company in 1995 and was appointed Managing Director in 1996. As Managing Director, Peter has been instrumental in developing Prime People PLC into a global specialist recruitment business spanning real estate, construction & engineering, energy & environmental and insight & analytics.
