Tonya is FGP’s Senior Executive Search Consultant and is responsible for talent acquisition, consulting, and search across many functional areas. Having conducted a broad spectrum of assignments in her career, she has a unique perspective in the area of top-level searches in executive management. For 20+ years Tonya Hendley has successfully partnered with a range of clients, now has a specialized focus in the HR, engineering, and manufacturing sector.

Prior to joining FGP, Tonya spent 12 years with an international staffing firm in a leadership role where she helped the organization get established and thrive in a new market. She then spent four years as a regional manager hiring, training, and managing teams to sell and service comprehensive manufacturing staffing solutions for a national industrial staffing firm. Tonya is a graduate of Clemson University and loves all things college football.
