Olivier focusses on the recruitment of junior to mid-level HR professionals across The Netherlands, in what we call our HR Talent team. Prior to joining Frazer Jones, he worked in financial services recruitment. He has a consultative approach to recruitment, advising both clients and candidates how to achieve a genuinely good match. Olivier grew up in Italy and has lived in four countries, which has given him exposure to a myriad of different cultures. This helps him bring an open mindset to his work and adds another dimension to his consultative approach. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis (albeit, he confesses, not very well!), running and the arts.
