Since 2017 Antti has been working with executive search, onboarding, and career advisory on a professional and international level. Over the years his network and several solved assignments have led to a strong knowledge within IT, construction, renewable energy, industrial and engineering industries. Antti has a background as a sales director and has held other positions within sales management. He has a complete understanding of the business and sales organizational development often needed in executive search and consulting. He is an expert in headhunting, executive search, sales growth, coaching, and profit/loss responsibility. Additionally, he has garnered valuable international experience in managing sales and service teams overseas.
