Nacho Vizoso is an Associate Director at Stanton Chase Spain (Valencian area) and has more than 15 years’ experience in top managerial positions in the industrial sector (automotive, kitchen appliances, etc). Over the past 20 years, he has worked on several senior executive level assignments in an ever-changing global environment. He has worked in various cultural and international environments at multinational and family-owned companies and has led highly complex international organizational projects. Nacho began his career in the automotive industry, where he assumed quality, production, and lean management roles working as a supplier for FORD, SEAT, VW. Soon he jumped into overall management positions, including COO and General management rolls, defining and executing strategic plans to turn around or boost companies’ performance. Before joining Stanton Chase, Nacho served as General Manager for TEKA Strohm in Kaiping (China). He has extensive experience in creating and improving teams, both nationally and internationally, giving him a quick and deep understanding of real customer needs, aligning current company momentum, culture, and team skills with the client company’s future needs and the right candidates to implement them. Nacho holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and received an MBA certificate in business administration and management by EDEM in Valencia and has been awarded with the recognition by Endeavor as a high-impact entrepreneur. Nacho speaks fluent Spanish, English, and Valencian, as well as some Mandarin Chinese.
