Tina Kleingarn has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance consulting both in large investment banks such as Goldman Sachs and Barclays and in her consulting boutique Westend Corporate Finance, founded in 2013. Since 2013, Ms Kleingarn has focused on providing advice and hands-on support in the preparation of company sales and IPOs, or 'exit readiness' for short. In this context, she acts as a trustworthy 'sparring partner' on an equal footing with her clients. In addition to her consulting activities, Ms. Kleingarn has been a member of the supervisory board of listed companies since 2016, where she brings in particular her experience in the areas of capital markets, M&A / financing and ESG. Tina Kleingarn studied business administration at the University of Mannheim and at Hitotsubashi University (Tokyo, Japan) with a focus on finance, banking and organizational theory. In her youth she was successful as a competitive athlete in field hockey, including third place in the 1995 European Cup with her then Spanish team Aldeasa Valdeluz.
