Doug has been in the financial services industry since 1986 and in executive recruitment since 1989. He joined Solomon Page's Financial Services Division in 1991 as a Managing Director and works on senior level searches in corporate banking, corporate finance, M&A, principal finance, special situations, trading, sales, research, asset management, capital markets, and corporate and investment banking businesses for major sell- and buy-side clients. Doug is widely respected for his understanding of the talent pool in equity and fixed income including flow and structured credit, rates, derivatives, foreign exchange, capital markets, prime brokerage, and risk management. He conducts searches both locally and internationally. Prior to his career in executive search, Doug was an investment analyst for an international equity fund manager in New York. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Computer Science from the University of Buffalo.
