Kush was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH. After graduating from the University of Cincinnati, Kush worked in IT for a few years and found himself wanting something new. He moved to Tampa Fl for an opportunity to partner with a group as a Buffalo Wild Wings franchisee and grew the franchise to six units before the 2008 market crash when he then sold them. Kush jumped to be an operations manager for a pharmaceutical company, relocated to Connecticut, and became an internal recruiter which is what led him to Vaco. With his diverse background, Kush found a way to marry his operations, technical, and sales skills.

Outside of work, you can find him playing with his two daughters, cooking up a gourmet feast for his wife, three-putting with the boys, and enjoying a bourbon.
