Takaaki Kaneko is a Partner at Odgers Berndtson's Tokyo office where he leads Odgers Berndtson’s Leadership Assessment Services. He also has extensive experience in executive search for board-level appointments as well as commercial and operational management in a wide spectrum of sectors. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, he ran his own consulting boutique, having developed his executive search skills during his time with a leading search firm in Tokyo. He started his career as an investment banker specialising in capital markets and corporate advisory (M&A). Takaaki has an MSc degree from the London School of Economics and a BA degree from Waseda University. He is accredited in Saville Wave and Aptitude assessments.
