Katalin joined Amrop in Hungary as a Senior Consultant in 2001. She has considerable executive search experience with multinational companies in the fields of retail, FMCG, life sciences and financial services. Katalin has also led Management Audit and Coaching assignments.

She is an Executive and Business coach and has earned the prestigious designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Katalin has an extensive background in higher education. She was Managing Director of ESSCA Hungary, an affiliate of a leading French business school. She also led the French Dual Awards Program at the College of Foreign Trade, where she was a professor of French. Before joining Amrop Katalin worked for another international executive search firm .

Katalin is a graduate of ELTE University and of the College of Foreign Trade and speaks fluent Hungarian, French and English.

Katalin is Member of the Board of the Hungarian-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry and she is also a leader of the HR Club of the Chamber.
