Originally from Bristol, Ben started his recruitment career in 2006 and moved to Sydney in 2010. After a stint growing TOM’s Transformation & Change desk, an ill-fated move to London (and Covid) saw him quickly return to Australia. Ben rejoined TOM in 2024 after helping scale a start-up agency from 3 to 18 people. He specialises in placing senior transformation professionals into financial services, focusing on quality over quantity. Outside work, he is passionate about leadership, skiing, and spending time with his young son, Spencer. If Ben could spend a year learning a new skill, it would be: skiing year-round in both hemispheres to prepare for heli-skiing.
