A strategic thinker, change agent and self-starter. Carren is currently the Managing Partner, the Greater China regions for TRANSEARCH International based in Shanghai. Previously, Carren was the Founder and Managing Partner for TRUST – Human Capital Solutions with full P&L responsibilities based in Shanghai and Beijing since 2009. She spearheaded the growth and development of TRUST in the APAC regions supporting clients’ needs in leadership acquisition, consulting and development across sectors.
