Key2people Senior Advisor follows Corporate Governance projects as part of the Board Services Offer. Founder and President of the Fuori Quota Association, born within Key2people, a network of Women Directors and Executives of listed companies. Maurizia has contributed to the development of Corporate Governance in Italy, accompanying multinationals and family businesses in the design of corporate governance systems, in the composition of the Boards and in supporting the various Committees of the Board of Directors. In 2020 she took part as a member of the Colao Committee for the Relaunch of the Country.
