Since 2016, I've been active in recruitment, primarily focusing on proactively approaching and placing candidates in scarce positions. Combining my educational background with a bit of NLP, I'm able to effectively encourage candidates to consider a new career step. Personally, I derive immense energy from the contribution I can make in guiding this process and thus impacting their professional growth. I live in Tilburg with my wife, our two sons, and our dog. Outside of work, I enjoy going out with my family and can often be found in the Loonse and Drunense Dunes, for example. I also enjoy sports and spending time with friends and family just as much. As a true Brabant bon vivant, I also enjoy a bite to eat and a drink every now and then.
