Philippine comes from a specialized training in Human Resources Management, which she completed on a two-year work-study program within the company Industrielle Beck Crespel. During this experience, she discovers generalist missions, but develops a particular affinity with recruitment. After obtaining her diploma, she decides to leave to explore the Asian continent with her backpack and to help in a Vietnamese orphanage. After 7 months of travel, she started her professional life and started a CDD at KEYLINK, an entity of the BATKA group, as a Recruitment Officer.
