Wolfgang Damberg began his professional life with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk and then worked in the finance department of his training company. There he decided to broaden his knowledge by studying business administration. This was followed by a traineeship at a leading German bank and a specialization in the credit business. In the same company, Wolfgang Damberg then took on responsibility for the development and implementation of products in the areas of financing, leasing, factoring and payment, as well as marketing measures for the target group of medium-sized companies. His proven success in opening up new markets led him to the group's own insurance, leasing and factoring subsidiaries. As part of his business development work, he set up scoring models for credit decisions and the IT and small-ticket leasing business areas, among other things. Wolfgang Damberg has been a partner at Swissconsult for finance and IT since 2006 and managing partner of SWISSCONSULT Deutschland GmbH since 2016.
