Founder of Abaka, Marie-Laure Collet accompanies the management committees in their reflections related to the organization and the search for skills. Her career in business led her to human resources and more specifically to the recruitment of executives and managers by direct approach. Abaka is a member of Produit en Bretagne and Marie-Laure is involved in the association on HR issues and on the executive board as well as on the Bretagne brand committee. Marie-Laure has been actively involved for nearly 20 years in the economic development of the Great West, and works for companies with national and international influence. She is also involved in trade unions through the Syntec Federation, of which she is the regional representative. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Recruitment division of the Studies and Consulting branch. Certification, ethics and foresight are its spearheads and it is attached to the CERC issued by ESSCA. Socially involved, employment, innovation and territories are her professional passions alongside CSR and sustainable development. Holder of a DEA and a DESS, she graduated from IGR-IAE in Rennes.
