Abby brings over a decade of recruitment experience to Chasm Partners as Associate Director, ChasmTeam. Known for her adeptness in crafting impactful client relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience, Abby is eager to leverage her skills and experience to contribute to the growth of ChasmTeam. Before joining ChasmTeam, Abby served as the Lead Executive Recruiter for IBM’s legacy RPO partnership, where she played a pivotal role in recruiting C-Suite executives for Parexel. Her strategic approach and commitment to excellence were evident in her contributions to IBM’s recruitment efforts. Abby’s journey in talent acquisition includes a role as a Senior Recruiter for major RPO accounts such as Quest Diagnostics and Cone Health. In this capacity, she managed full desk recruitment, handling the influx of talent across various domains and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Abby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She resides in Nashville, TN with her husband, two kids, and two cats. Abby’s hobbies include fitness, music, and travel.
