Emily is a Director supporting the firm’s Asset Management practice and helps lead the Mutual Fund Board practice. Emily participates in all aspects of search strategy, execution, business development, and candidate development. Emily joined RSR Partners in 2018. Her focus has been on mutual fund board search mandates as well as the recruitment of senior-level executives across a broad range of investment organizations, including endowments, foundations, family offices, OCIOs, as well as both traditional and alternative asset managers. Prior to joining RSR, Emily interned in Fixed Income Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley, and at hedge and private equity fund of funds firm, Alternative Investment Management (AIM13).
