Apart from conducting C-suite and board searches Niclas also has a spike within the functional and industry-related field of Investment/M&A. Prior to joining Alumni Global, Niclas worked as a researcher for another recruitment firm where he mainly focused on searches related to finance, legal and compliance. Niclas has a particularly extensive track-record delivering searches for executives within the following functions: CEO & Board, Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Legal and IT & Tech. Niclas holds a Degree of Master of Laws, LL. M from Lund University, Sweden.
