Marco Zorn has been a partner of MSU Executive Search GmbH since 2014 and managing partner since 2016. His responsibilities include the structured direct search and selection of executives and specialists in the clinical environment. While studying business administration, Marco Zorn worked as a freelancer for various personnel consultancies and the MSU Group, where he was involved in the research department and in the consulting environment. After completing his diploma thesis on human resources management at the JW Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, Marco Zorn began working as a consultant at the then MSU Personal in January 2006. After being promoted to Senior Consultant in 2009, he was promoted to Director and joined the MSU Executive Search GmbH partnership in January 2014. Here, Marco Zorn focuses on systematic direct searches and management audits in the healthcare sector. In this context, he is responsible for project management of numerous direct search mandates.
