After having completed a Bachelor of Commerce Lynton began his recruitment career in 2010 in Perth, Western Australia. Since moving to Melbourne in 2016, Lynton has specialised in the recruitment of Temporary and Permanent professionals in the Engineering Consulting sector, his solution based approach to recruitment coupled with his commitment to building strong relationships ensures that he delivers the right outcome for his candidates and clients. Utilising his strong network of engineering, design and drafting candidates, Lynton is able to provide clients with access to a wide range of passive and active candidates.
