Having joined Miramar in January 2018, John is now a Senior Consultant working in the firm’s Science and Technology Innovation practice areas. Specifically, he is dedicated to supporting our customers in the broader Life Sciences sector, with a particular focus on MedTech clients. During his time at Miramar, he has recruited extensively in fields such as Digital Health, Surgical Robotics, Diagnostics, Advanced Drug Delivery, Diabetes Care and more. As a Senior Consultant, he partners with our clients on key assignments to understand the specific skills and characteristics required for someone to excel in a given executive or senior-level position. He designs and executes search plans from start to finish, spanning the collection, analysis and presentation of market research, the identification and assessment of candidates, and the guidance of client and candidate journeys through to and beyond successful placement.

His aim as an executive search consultant is to identify and attract transformational talent for our clients so that they may continue to create a healthier and more sustainable world.

On a personal level, he enjoys running and working out, reading, playing the guitar, traveling and is slowly but tenaciously learning how to code.
